SET UP
Navigate to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Marketplace’.
You will see a list of integrations available. Click ‘Install’ next to HaloPSA.
Make sure that you have an active HaloPSA subscription before starting the integration process.
Log into your HaloPSA account and copy the Client ID, Client Secret Key and Tenant name.
Choose Agent as the login type, and select the agent you want to be logged in as. Click save to save the new application.
Within the new application, go to Permissions, click Edit, and choose All. This is to ensure that the app has the necessary permissions to perform all the actions that an agent can. Click save once you’re done.
Map your clients, site, asset class and asset field in SuperOps to tenants in HaloPSA.
